A Nashville police officer who was fired last month after he was caught appearing in an OnlyFans video while on-duty has been criminally charged over the stunt, according to authorities.
Former officer Sean Herman’s employment troubles morphed into a legal headache this week after he appeared in an online video that showed him groping an OnlyFans star’s breast during a mock traffic stop in April, as reported by The New York Post.
The 33-year-old was arrested at his home and charged with two counts of official misconduct on Thursday local time, Metro Nashville police said, according to WZTV.
The ex-cop was wearing his uniform during the X-rated video that was produced by local celebrity, Jordin, police previously said.
After getting “pulled over”, Jordin pulled her top down to expose her breast and then invited him to grope it in a bid to avoid a ticket, News Channel 5 previously reported. As the officer touched her breasts, she was seen grabbing his crotch in the video.
While the officer cannot be seen from the shoulders up, part of his police patch on his arm was exposed briefly as he reached for the OnlyFans creator’s chest, showing that he worked for the Nashville department.
Authorities said on Thursday the investigation determined the video was created on April 26 in a warehouse parking lot while Mr Herman was on duty as a patrol officer, WZTV reported.
Mr Herman was on the force for three years before he was sacked.
Metro Nashville police previously called the officer’s actions “totally outrageous”.
